Merlot
Grands Terroirs

> 90 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

> Silver medal at the "Mondial du Merlot" 2017

Variety of preference in Bordeaux, the Merlot found its place in Switzerland, in particular on the hillsides of Auvernier. Of this terroir, it pulls its aromas and its fruitiness reveals a magnificent aromatic pallet supported by smooth tannins.

This Merlot, fruit of 14 months maturing oak barrels of various toasting intensities, represents our will to innovate. The Merlot is still very rare in our region. Benefiting from the unique Terroir of the parcel "Les Grand-Vignes" this Merlot expresses itself by notes of plums, new leather and spices.

A unique micro-climate for an unique Merlot which will surprise you by its exceptional aromatic intensity as well as its silky tannins in mouth.
