Pinot Noir Les Tires
Grands Terroirs

> 93 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate

This plot wine, from a unique micro-climate (« Les Tires ») aims to be the finest and most representative Pinot Noir of our terroir. Our wish is to produce an elegant, fruity Pinot Noir with a finesse that we do not had not yet reached. Taste it! You’ll be surprised.

Aged for 24 months in custom-made barrels, of which the oak has been chosen directly in the forest, the work on the delicacy is precisely brought by these pieces of oak. The aromatic is focused on red fruits with black flesh and the aging brings additional length on the palate, always with elegance, freshness and supple tannins.

With a ruby color, expressing the refinement of Pinot Noir, this wine presents an exceptional aromatic balance with silky tannins on the palate.

Coming from a few lines of vines from the place called “Les Tires” in Auvernier, this vintage benefits from a unique terroir; the best soils in terms of nutrients were selected in parallel with the age of the vines, which is 60 years! The natural low yield of these very old vines is ideal for concentrating the varietal aromas of the King of grape varieties, the Pinot Noir.
