> Pinot Noir "Les Tires" - Collection Grands Terroirs 2019: 93 points (nouveau)

"The 2019 Pinot Noir "Les Tires" Collection Grands Terroirs is based on the fruit from 55-year-old-vines on Jurassic colluviums in a gentle, south-facing slope toward Lake Neuchâtel. Aged in Allier oak barrels for two years, the ruby-garnet colored wine opens with a deep, refined and intense nose of perfectly ripe and spicy dark and red fruits with a delicate coolish note of toast and cold stones. Silky, lush and round on the palate, this full-bodied, mouth-filling and elegant Pinot reveals remarkable mineral freshness and finesse. The tannins are silky and the finish is aromatic and fresh, revealing stimulating phenolic grip and tension. This is excellent and probably the finest Pinot I have ever tasted from this domaine in Auvernier. 13.2% stated alcohol. SR - Tasted in Zurich in February 2022".

> Chardonnay "La Loge" Collection Grands Terroirs 2018: 90 points (nouveau)

"Bouvet-Jabloir's 2018 Chardonnay Elevé en Barriques Collection Grands Terroirs comes from a west-facing lieu-dit named La Loge that was planted in 1989 with Chardonnay on sandy colluviums and gray-yellow silt covering the limestone bedrock (this info will appear on the front label with the 2019 vintage). The wine opens with a clear, fresh, elegant and aromatic bouquet of ripe white and yellow fruit. Round and charmingly fine and juicy on the palate, this is a balanced and stimulatingly salty Chardonnay with quite a bit of residual sugar that gives the wine sweetness and takes away precision. This was aged in Allier barrels for two years. 13.5% stated alcohol. SR - Tasted in Zurich in February 2022".

> Vendanges Tardives - Sélection de Grains Nobles - Collection Signature 2018: 91 points (nouveau)

Based on Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris, the 2018 Vendanges Tardives Sélection de Graine Noble Collection Signature offers a clear, intense and concentrated bouquet of candied limes and lemons and fine oaky notes. Fresh and finessed on the palate, this is an elegant, fruit-intense and stimulating sweet wine with delicate grapefruit bitters, fine tannins and oaky notes on the finish. 13% stated alcohol. SR - Tasted from the 50-centiliter bottle in Zurich, February 2022.

Vendanges Tardives barrique 2016 - Collection Signature : 95 points

"Alexandre and Dimitri Colomb's 2016 Vendanges Tardives Elevées en Barrique "Signature" is an excellent Sauternes-styled noble sweet wine made from botrytized Gewurtzraminer (25%) and Pinot Gris (75%) grapes that were picked in Auvernier's "Grand' Vignes" parcel on January 4, 2017, at 155° Oechsle (which would have been enough to be classified as Sélection de Grains Nobles according to the Neuchâtel wine regulations). Aged in light toasted barriques, the wine has an intense and brilliant golden-yellow color and opens with ripe, concentrated yet fresh and spicy quince and candied citrus fruit (limes, oranges, grapefruits) as well as tropical fruit aromas intermixed with noble oak flavors on the nose. Dense and intense but highly delicate, playful and elegant on the palate, it has juicy pineapple flavors and gorgeous freshness that lingers and lingers, making this is an enormously round, elegant, finessed and digestible noble sweet wine of great class. The wine is generous but precise and detailed and reveals superb (and rare) finesse for noble sweet wines at this level of concentration. There are very fine mocha flavors on the long and noble aftertaste. Bottled with 13% alcohol and 127 grams per liter of residual sugar. Highly recommended. Tasted April 2018." SR - m. 2016 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Pinot Noir barrique 2015 - Collection Grands Terroirs : 92 points

"The impressive 2015 Pinot Noir "Grands Terroirs" is a new wine from Bouvet-Jabloir that was sourced from a gently rising parcel east of Auvernier at Lake Neuchâtel that is called Les Tires and is on colluvial soils over gravel and limestone. Picked in mid-September at 25 to 30 hectoliters per hectare and raised for 24 months in medium-toasted, one-year-old barriques, the wine opens with a noble and elegant bouquet with pure cherries and berries intertwined with toasty aromas. Very elegant with a silky texture as well as ripe, persistent fruit, fine tannins and a long mineral finish, this is a delicate and very promising Pinot Noir from Auvernier. It is light-footed but long and tensioned. Bottled in September 2017, tasted in February 2018." SR - m. 2015 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Pinot Noir barrique 2015 - Collection Signature : 91 points

"The 2015 Pinot Noir "Signature" has a delicate bouquet of dark ripe cherry and berry aromas along with some toasty, floral and refreshing mineral aromas in the background. Silky textured with great mineral tension, this is a straightforward Pinot Noir with gorgeous cherry fruit. The grippy tannins are firm, fresh and really stimulating. This is another remarkably good Pinot Noir from Neuchâtel and a great drinking pleasure with tension, stimulating purity and mineral freshness. Tasted in February 2018." SR - m. 2015 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Mousseux Rosé Brut - Collection Signature : 91 points

"Made in the classic méthode Champenoise and aged sur lattes for two years, Bouvet-Jabloir's NV Mousseux Rosé Brut Collection Signature displays a salmon-pink color and fine pearls and opens with a delicate, fruity nose of red berries and discreet citrus aromas. Based on a 2015 Oeil-de-Perdrix, which was pickled a week earlier than the Rosé table wine and has been fermented in stainless steel, this is a round yet (nearly extra) dry, fresh and well-structured Pinot Noir sparking wine with a delicate mousse and a stimulating clear, crisp and dry finish. Excellent and, so far, one of the finest sparkling wines I have tasted from Switzerland.[...]". Tasted in February 2020." SR for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Pinot Noir barrique 2012 - Collection Signature : 91 points

"The 2012 Pinot Noir Collection Signature offers a ripe and concentrated, partly even dried—though not overripe—black currant fruit along with toasty, oaky and earthy flavors. On the palate the silky textured 2012 is pure, refined and elegant, enormously firm and fresh, but also provided with a long and concentrated, pretty intense finish with cassis flavors and firm tannins. This wine should be decanted for several hours or stored for another three or four years." SR - m. 2012 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Chasselas barrique 2017 - Collection Signature : 90+ points

"Aged for eight to 12 months in untoasted barrels, the 2017 Chasselas Elevé en Barrique Collection Signature opens with intense and concentrated, ultra ripe pears and yellow-fleshed fruit intertwined with earthy-chalky notes. From a south-facing parcel named Les Sagnardes that was planted in 1967 on loamy marl and calcareous marl soils, this is a medium-bodied, juicy, refined and fresh Chasselas with fine mineral grip on the elegant and vivacious finish that is stimulatingly salty. 12% alcohol. This wine benefits enormously from aeration. Bottled in September 2018 and tasted in February 2020." SR - m. 2017 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Chardonnay barrique 2016 - Collection Grands Terroirs : 90 points

"The 2016 Chardonnay "Grands Terroirs" is a new wine that was sourced in Le Loclat, a southeast-facing single parcel west of the Auvernier on colluvial soils. Picked at the beginning of October and raised for almost one year in two-year-old barrels, the wine opens clear, intense and fresh on the nose, with ripe juicy fruit and a kiss of oak. Round and succulent, salty-fresh and stimulatingly vibrant, this is Swiss Chardonnay in a rather International style (medium+ toasted barriques and long lees aging with frequent bâtonnage). Very elegant, well balanced and less fruit-driven compared to the corresponding "Signature" Chardonnay. Surely the finest Chardonnay from this up-and-coming producer in Auvernier. Tasted in February 2018." SR - m. 2016 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Chasselas 2017 - Collection Légende : 90 points

From a southwest-facing parcel named Le Champ du Four, which was replanted on loamy marl and limestone in 2002, the 2017 Chasselas Collection Légende opens with a discreet but clear and elegant bouquet of white fruits and blossoms. On the palate, this is an elegant and creamy-textured, medium-bodied Neuchâtel classic with juicy fruit and a subtle mineral freshness with good structure on the finish. A very authentic and pleasant wine to be served as an aperitif or with the main course. Bottled in April 2018 and tasted in February 2020." SR - m. 2017 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Vendanges Tardives barrique 2017 - Collection Signature : 90 points

"The 2017 Vendange Tardive Elevée en Barrique Collection Signature displays a medium-dark white-golden color. Intense, fresh and finely spicy on the elegant nose, with ripe but precise and zesty fruit aromas and discreet oaky and toasty notes, this is a succulent, intense and very sweet yet refined and elegant Vendange Tardive with a long and still pretty sweet finish. The wine shows delicate acidity as well but remains on the sweet side. 13% alcohol. Tasted two times in January and February 2020." SR - m. 2017 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Chasselas 2015 - Collection Légende : 90 points

"The 2015 Chasselas Collection Légende is clear, pure and fresh on the nose, offering a ripe and aromatic pear fruit along with floral and some mineral flavors of crushed stones. Very delicate and inviting, indeed. On the palate, the medium-weighted wine is fresh if not piquant, pure and fruity; it is well balanced, with a good vibration and lingering salinity in the clear, stimulating finish. 12% alcohol." SR - m. 2015 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Pinot Noir 2015 - Collection Légende : 90 points

"From a great sunny vintage, the 2015 Pinot Noir "Légende" opens with an intense, very aromatic, concentrated, fresh and slightly spicy nose of thick-skinned cherries and dark berries. Floral aromas complete the elegant and attractive bouquet that shows perfect ripeness and no hints of oak. Medium to full-bodied, firm and fresh on the palate with lovely fruit intensity, fine tannins and a fresh, aromatic finish, this is an excellent mouthwatering Pinot Noir for early and mid-term consumption." SR - m. 2015 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Merlot barrique 2015 - Collection Grands Terroirs : 90 points

"Aged for 14 months in barriques, the 2015 Merlot "Grands Terroirs" has a ripe, pure, fresh and elegant nose with fleshy cherry aromas. Sweet, round, fresh and intense with a silky texture, a juicy, well-structured palate and fine tannins, it still has some oaky flavors. This is an elegant Merlot with remarkable intensity, concentration and a racy finish; stimulatingly dry and fresh, but it's still too young. Tasted February 2018. This wine has significantly improved in the last one and a half years." SR - m. 2015 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Chasselas barrique 2016 - Collection Signature : 89 points

"Raised in almost un-toasted small oak barrels for 12 months and bottled in September, the 2016 Chasselas "Signature" has a delicate and bright bouquet with white blossoms, nuts, white fruits and mandarin aromas, almost like a classic Chablis. This is also a really remarkable wine on the palate: light, fresh and elegant, with very delicate fruit and fine acidity. It is less crisp than the corresponding "Légende" but nevertheless pure, fresh and mineral, revealing a nicely grippy and salty finish. Excellent quality that should work well with white fish and meat." SR - m. 2016 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Chasselas 2016 - Collection Légende : 89 points

"The 2016 Chasselas "Légende" has a clear, bright, fresh and well-articulated nose of classic Chasselas, with discreet aromas of white fruits, yeast and minerals, very vinous indeed. The attack is fresh and pure, and the wine is lean and straight, with finesse and elegance and the very best of Swiss neutrality. The finish is fresh, almost crisp and shows a clear and elegant character. The bottle of the "Légende" is much heavier than the wine, which should be served with freshwater fish and spring veggies. It's a remarkably good, lithe wine bottled with 12% alcohol. It will surely gain complexity with bottle age. Bottled in April 2017, tasted in February 2018." SR - m. 2016 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

Pinot Noir 2014 - Collection Légende : 88 points

"The 2014 Pinot Noir Collection Légende has a transparent ruby color, and offers an elegant and slightly flinty bouquet of red cherries, red currant, raspberries and blackberries. There is nice purity and finesse here! Medium to full-bodied, this is a silky textured and transparent, fresh and delicately fruity and floral Pinot; it has a firm, well-structured and persistent, slightly peppery finish. Still young, the 2014 Légende should be delicious to drink between 2017 and 2022+." SR - m. 2014 for Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.

"Alexandre and Dimitri Colomb keep on installing BOUVET-JABLOIR in Auvernier among the best producers at the lake Neuchâtel. Namely, the Pinot Noirs are delicious, and this spring's "Collection Grands Terroirs" doesn't only contain an impressive Pinot Noir from the great 2015 vintage but also an excellent 2016 Chardonnay. The wines are pretty international in style, full-bodied but elegant and fruity and with certain flavors of bâtonnage and oak. Even the Merlot "Grands Terroirs" is worth a try." - Stephan Reinhardt, reviewer at Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.
